Blue Sky Society Trust and the BEWILD Foundation have forged a strong partnership over the past few years, driven by shared passions and a commitment to conservation projects across Southern Africa. Founders Remke and Carla first met in 2016 and have traveled together on many journeys, blending adventure travel with fundraising for wildlife conservation. These expeditions are tailored by Carla for those who appreciate dirt roads, digital detox, and the awe-inspiring landscapes of Southern Africa. In 2025, they are offering two unique JWP BEWILD trips.

Day 1: 03-May-25, Saturday – South Africa
Transfer from OR Tambo airport to Dinokeng Game Reserve (1-hour drive)
Activities: Welcome dinner and briefing by Carla Geyser

Day 2: 04-May-25, Sunday – South Africa
Conservation work

Day 3: 05-May-25, Monday – South Africa
Today we drive north to Limpopo Province stopping at Polokwane for Groceries, we are staying on the banks of the Limpopo river and doing

Day 4: 06-May-25, Tuesday – South Africa
Conservation work with EWT (John)

Drive to Tuli Block crossing Border into Botswana and Platjan border.
Accommodation: Tswehe Lone Tree Camp, Tents x 6

Day 6: 08-May-25, Thursday – Botswana
Today we can either go into the Hide and watch animals or a guided walk in the Tswehe hills

Accommodation: Mohave Bush Camp, Tents x 5

Day 11: 13-May-25, Tuesday – South Africa
Leave Soutpansberg and head towards Hoedspruit stopping for any needed Groceries and then into the Kruger National Park
Accommodation: KNP Tamboti Camp, Safari Tents
Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner (Self-catering)

Day 12: 14-May-25, Wednesday – South Africa
Accommodation: KNP Tamboti Camp, Safari Tents

Leave KNP and start heading back to JHB stopping in Dullstroom for our last night

Drop guests off at airport or Bushlore offices, and then get lift to OR Tambo Airport for final farewells. Heading home with happy hearts.
