Summary

12-Night / 13-Day Women’s Expedition: From Johannesburg to Cape Town

Embark on an extraordinary all-women journey through Southern Africa’s wild heart, starting in Johannesburg and winding through the Waterberg Biosphere, Botswana’s Tuli Block, and the breathtaking Mtimkulu Reserve. Led by conservationist Carla Geyser and Blue Sky Expeditions, this transformational safari blends adventure, conservation, and soulful self-discovery.

Over 12 nights and 13 days, participants will immerse themselves in wilderness experiences at remote camps, enjoying bush walks, game drives, and hands-on conservation work with Elephants Alive, supporting elephant research and protection initiatives. Guests will also visit the Mtimkulu Reserve Wilderness Camp, experiencing the magic of Africa’s landscapes while connecting deeply with nature.

The expedition is more than a safari—it’s a journey of personal growth. Through transformational coaching sessions with Kamilla Norrman, participants will explore reflection, purpose, and empowerment in the heart of the wild. Along the way, the group will uncover the rich history of Kaingo Game Reserve, navigate the dramatic terrains of the Tuli Block, and engage in meaningful wildlife conservation projects.

Add on – The adventure culminates in Cape Town, offering a blend of coastal beauty, culture, and celebration. Designed for women who crave connection—to nature, to wildlife, and to sisterhood—this expedition is a digital detox, a conservation-focused experience, and a soulful journey all in one.

Carla’s exhilarating, life-changing women-only ‘Journeys With Purpose’ allows her and her crew to share the beauty and majesty of Africa while donating money and much-needed equipment along the way. “I truly believe that when women connect, they can do extraordinary things. Women are powerful and passionate and, when they unite, are genuinely unstoppable.”
